By using our site, including but not limited to browsing class schedules, viewing pricing, making bookings, or engaging with any of our services such as Hatha Yoga Classes, Vinyasa Flow, Meditation Workshops, or Private Yoga Sessions, you signify your unreserved agreement to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Peak Pose Yoga provides information about and facilitates online bookings for:

- Private Yoga Sessions (English instruction)
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
3. User Responsibilities and Health Disclaimer
By participating in any yoga class or workshop, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your health and well-being.
- You should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, including yoga.
- You will inform your instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before class begins.
- You will listen to your body and modify or stop any pose or exercise that causes pain or discomfort.
- Peak Pose Yoga and its instructors are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice.
4. Booking and Cancellations
Our online platform facilitates bookings for classes and workshops. Specific booking and cancellation policies are as follows:
- Class Bookings: All online bookings must be made through our platform. Payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made via our online platform at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or workshop will receive a full refund or class credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event an instructor needs to cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Pricing and Payments
All pricing for classes, workshops, and private sessions is displayed on our online platform. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are processed securely through our platform.
6. Account Registration
To book classes or sessions, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Peak Pose Yoga or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Peak Pose Yoga.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Pose Yoga, its instructors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
